  1. The submitted information does not match your ID documents

     
  2. The ID has already been used for another account

     
  3. The uploaded photos do not meet the verification requirements

     
  4. You are under 18 years old

If your situation matches any of the above, please ensure your documents meet the requirements and re-upload them.
