If achievable, the industry is more supportive of including FOCIL consensus in Heka. Currently, arrangements for inclusion will be discussed before formal discussions on the scope of the Heka upgrade begin, with plans to revisit the topic at the next ACDC meeting two weeks later), Fusaka (the smooth progress of the activation of the second Blob Parameter Override (BPO) hard fork on the Hoodi testnet on November 12th, reminding that the Fusaka mainnet upgrade will be activated on December 3rd), etc.
