Ajna v2 Faces Liquidation Accounting Manipulation Attack, Losses Approximately $775,000
The decentralized lending protocol Ajna announced on platform X that Ajna v2 has suffered a vulnerability attack and is investigating abnormal fund flows. Users are advised to withdraw all funds, repay loans, and suspend interactions with the protocol. According to monitoring by Defimon Alerts, the incident has resulted in losses of approximately $775,000, involving liquidity pools such as syrupUSDC, wstETH, rETH, cbETH, WBTC, WETH/USDC, and sDAI. The cause of the losses has been attributed to a liquidation accounting manipulation attack.
