Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company ranks fifth with 30021 BTC valued at 1.9 billion
As of July 30, BitcoinTreasuries ranks Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company fifth among public companies, displaying 30021 BTC worth about 1.9 billion dollars. The amount is labeled as "BTC Holdings" and "Bitcoin Reserve," but transaction documents indicate the coins are contributions for a corporate treasury that has not finalized its terms. On July 8, Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO) and BSTR altered the deal's original terms and began discussing a new structure. Private placements were abandoned, CEPO postponed its shareholder meeting indefinitely, and investors received their redemption shares back. Despite ongoing discussions, the financing behind the 30021 BTC figure has unraveled. The original announcement in July 2025 outlined 25000 BTC from founding shareholders and 5021 BTC from private investments, with the combined company expected to trade as BSTR after closing. A May 29, 2026 registration statement maintained this structure, indicating the public company expected to hold at least 30021.11 BTC at closing. BitcoinTreasuries attributes its 30021 BTC figure to July 22, 2025, updating the dollar value to July 30, 2026, while recording no purchase events. The site categorizes the contribution-based stack as a reserve without a purchase history. The public editorial policy states its data is based on regulatory filings and company disclosures but does not clarify if closing-dependent contributions qualify as current holdings. Private ownership remains possible, but SEC disclosures do not confirm that BSTR Holdings, CEPO, or the prospective combined issuer currently owns or controls the 30021 BTC stack.
