Four witnesses testify in the trial for the disappearance of Loan Peña

The trial for the disappearance of Loan Danilo Peña will feature the testimony of four witnesses related to different stages of the investigation this Thursday. Mario Rolando Rosillo, Silvio Oscar Acuña, Jorge Mario Medina, and Reinaldo Waldir Nake will appear. Rosillo conducted the odor analysis on the Ford Ranger and Ford Ka belonging to the accused Carlos Pérez and María Victoria Caillava. Acuña, a member of the police force, will speak about the searches and the operation to find the child after his disappearance. Nake, former head of the Goya Unit of the Prefecture, will also testify. The hearing on Wednesday, August 5, included the testimony of Nicolás Gabriel 'Americano' Soria, as well as other witnesses. The main accused are María Victoria Caillava, Carlos Guido Pérez, Walter Maciel, Laudelina Peña, Antonio Bernardino Benítez, Mónica del Carmen Millapi, and Daniel 'Fierrito' Ramírez, charged with the disappearance of Loan, which occurred on June 13, 2024. The investigation also involves ten other accused individuals.
