So far, via SPV-managed portfolios, PropYield can deliver a net annual return of 10-14%, which is now to be managed transparently on-chain.This integration will happen on the Nexera Chain, a Layer 1 blockchain focusing on compliance and enabling institutional-grade capital markets. Nexera’s native infrastructure (assets) includes KYC, KYB, AML, wallet screening, and travel rule compliance.
