NSSMC Blocks Three Suspicious Investment Projects
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has identified three financial projects that pose a threat to the money of Ukrainians: Comfortrade, Broox, and Aura Capital Invest. These companies operate without an official license in Ukraine, which deprives investors of legal protection. All three projects are positioned as modern brokers offering access to currency and cryptocurrency markets, stocks, and other financial instruments. However, the NSSMC has found signs of improper fundraising. The projects do not have an official representation in Ukraine or permits for professional activities in capital markets, yet they actively attract Ukrainian consumers. Investing through unregistered platforms deprives citizens of legal protection, and in the event of a loss of funds, the regulator will not be able to assist in recovery. The NSSMC recommends checking for licenses with companies before investing. Signs of danger include the absence of licenses, legal information about founders, concealment of financial reports, lack of state oversight, aggressive advertising, and promises of guaranteed profits.
