SkyAI Inc. (SKYA) sold 135,399 SOL for 12.47 million dollars in the first half of 2026, incurring a 54% loss. The company reported an 84.34 million dollars unrealized digital-commodity loss for the six months ending June 30, primarily due to changes in fair value. The second-quarter loss was 13.49 million dollars, with net cash used in continuing operations at approximately 5.67 million dollars. SkyAI's digital-commodity holdings decreased to 144.28 million dollars from 250.11 million dollars at the end of 2025, reflecting staking receipts and transactions, including SOL sold at an average of 92.09 dollars against an average cost basis of 200.79 dollars, resulting in a 14.72 million dollars realized loss. Working capital fell to 12.63 million dollars from 14.19 million dollars despite the SOL proceeds. First-half net revenue from the Sologard product line was 192,780 dollars, while net staking revenue was 5.46 million dollars. Selling, general and administrative expenses reached 10.22 million dollars, with an additional 5 million dollars in related-party consulting fees. Management indicated future working-capital needs may be met through further SOL sales, equity issuance, or traditional financing. As of June, SkyAI had 12.07 million dollars in cash and positive working capital after repaying a 3.08 million dollars margin loan. The company reported 1,494,026 liquid SOL and 509,650 locked SOL, with the locked balance scheduled for release through 2028. SOL was priced at 77.06 dollars on August 9, down 21.28% over 90 days and 48.93% year-over-year.
