Stablecoin Supply Ratio Indicator Rises to 3.74, Approaching 2024 High

On September 3, the Stablecoin Supply Ratio Oscillator (SSR Oscillator) 90-day reading rose to 3.74, nearing the peak of 4.00 expected in November 2024. This indicator reached this high on August 21 and has since begun to decline, with Bitcoin trading around $77,000. The rebound in the stablecoin demand indicator coincides with a pulse in market liquidity, but the sustainability of this demand signal needs to be monitored. If the 90-day SSR Oscillator continues to decline and falls below the high range, the confirmation of stablecoin purchase demand will weaken. Although the recent signals for stablecoin demand have strengthened, the indicator has cooled from its peak of 3.74, and it remains uncertain whether it can maintain a high level going forward.
