The cryptocurrency market crisis continues, and Hyperliquid is facing difficulties. An anonymous whale associated with the a16z Crypto fund sold 437,000 HYPE tokens worth $28.4 million over two days. This has raised concerns among investors, especially in light of significant players withdrawing from the market. The U.S. government recently transferred 3,800 Bitcoins to Coinbase, which also raises fears of mass sell-offs. Nevertheless, whale movements may indicate profit-taking or capital relocation. Additionally, the spot fund market shows that institutions are pulling back from Hyperliquid, with the last day recording only a positive capital inflow. Hyperliquid, which reached a new ATH in June, may struggle to maintain market attention as speculative capital seeks new opportunities. The past few months have been successful for HYPE, but a correction after such a rise seems natural.
