Wu Yuhua May Spend $70 Million to Purchase California Mansion
A mansion located in Hillsborough, California, has been sold for $70 million, with the buyer likely being 31-year-old Wu Yuhua, co-founder of xAI. This transaction marks the highest residential sale in Northern California this year. Property records indicate that the buyer is "Daikon no Hana Capital LLC," but the broker Jia Xu, who handled the buyer's transaction, previously represented Wu Yuhua in the purchase of a Los Altos Hills home for $12 million. Additionally, the managing attorney for the LLC transferred Wu Yuhua's original residence into a family trust prior to the transaction, suggesting that Wu Yuhua is the actual buyer. The mansion features approximately 12,000 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms, a 4,600-square-foot guesthouse, a tennis court, a nine-hole golf course, an outdoor theater with 150 seats, a koi pond, and a 2,100-gallon saltwater aquarium. The property was listed for $88 million last fall, later reduced by $10 million, and ultimately sold for $70 million.
