DMND Integrates Mempool Accelerator for Miner Revenue Sharing
On August 14th, DMND announced an integration with Mempool Accelerator to enable transaction acceleration for Stratum V2 miners. This integration allows individual miners to control transaction prioritization and collect additional revenue when mining blocks with accelerated transactions. Historically, transaction accelerators were managed by mining pools, which decided transaction priorities and retained the revenue. With this new system, miners at DMND can prioritize transactions themselves and earn from the acceleration. Alejandro De La Torre, CEO of DMND, stated that this shift allows miners to unlock new revenue streams previously unavailable to them. The integration is the first of its kind, raising questions about why other mining pools with accelerator services have not adopted similar revenue-sharing models. The design is made possible by Stratum V2, allowing miners to earn from their efforts directly.
