Oil Production Complex for Sale in Zhytomyr Region for $1.2 Million
In Chudniv, Zhytomyr region, a set of equipment for extracting vegetable oils is up for sale at a price of $1.2 million. The complex is capable of processing up to 300 tons of sunflower seeds per day. The line is designed for extracting oil from sunflower cake using a continuous chain extraction method with a capacity of 150 tons of cake per day. The main equipment is manufactured by the Chinese company China Machinery Kangyuan Cereals and Oils Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The complex includes a complete set of equipment, including an extractor, conveyors, evaporation and distillation systems, as well as spare parts and specialized tools. It also includes a desolventizer-toaster-dryer-cooler and a centrifugal separator. The line is intended for processing sunflower cake with a moisture content of 6-7% and an oil content of 15-22%. For processing one ton of raw material, the complex consumes up to 11.5 kWh of electricity and up to 220 kg of steam. The equipment is new and has not been used. The price includes VAT, and the sale is conducted on CPT terms, Chudniv.
